If you'd like to display multibyte characters, e.g. kanji, set the
MultiByteText option to YES in ~/GNUstep/Defaults/WindowMaker and in
~/GNUstep/Defaults/WMGLOBAL.

The following catalogs have been installed:

	* /usr/pkg/etc/sgml/catalog
	  System wide SGML catalog.  Can be edited by the administrator and

	  working in SGML mode.

	  System wide XML catalog.  Can be edited by the administrator and

	  Handles SGML stuff installed under /usr/pkg/share/sgml.
	  Automatically handled by packages.
