NetBSD/pc532 1.0
NetBSD/pc532 1.0 was the first formal release of
NetBSD/pc532.
Phil Nelson was the maintainer of NetBSD/pc532 at the time of the 1.0 release.
Supported Hardware
The minimal configuration for a NetBSD/pc532 1.0 system
requires 4M of RAM and about 40M of disk space. For a full
installation (including source), at least 8M of RAM and
200M of disk space are recommended.
Devices supported by NetBSD/pc532 1.0 include:
- 8 serial lines done by 4 scn2681 chips
- NCR DP8490 SCSI chip (SCSI only)
- Most SCSI disks work (both hard disks and floppies)
- A few SCSI tapes work
- A few SCSI CD-ROMs work
If you're interested in NetBSD/pc532 you should use a
more recent version.
