NetBSD 5.0 is the thirteenth major release of the NetBSD operating system, and was released on April 29, 2009. This release can be downloaded from one of our mirror sites, or the main site. Please try use a mirror close to you.
The latest update, NetBSD 5.2.2, was released on January 18, 2014.
NetBSD 5.2.2 is the second security/critical update of the NetBSD of the NetBSD 5.2 release branch. It represents a selected subset of fixes deemed critical for security or stability reasons.
NetBSD 5.1.4, was released on January 18, 2014.
NetBSD 5.1.4 is the fourth security/critical update of the NetBSD 5.1 release branch. It represents a selected subset of fixes deemed critical for stability or security reasons.
NetBSD 5.0.2, was released on February 12, 2010.
NetBSD 5.0.2 is the second critical/security update of the NetBSD 5.0 release branch. It represents a selected subset of fixes deemed critical for stability or security reasons.
Note that NetBSD 5.0.X releases are no longer receiving security updates. Please upgrade to a more recent NetBSD 5 (or NetBSD 6) release.
